Politique de confidentialité

ScalpControl est éditée par itao agent. Contact : itaoagent@gmail.com. Cette politique couvre le suivi personnel et les abonnements Premium Google Play.

Données enregistrées

ScalpControl enregistre sur votre appareil les photos que vous prenez ou choisissez, leurs dates et angles, les routines et leurs validations, vos observations et traitements saisis dans le journal, le stade visuel choisi et vos paramètres. Le nom et l’âge du profil sont facultatifs. L’application ne nécessite aucun compte en ligne.

Utilisation et stockage

Les photos, routines et notes servent à votre suivi, aux rappels et aux exports et restent dans le stockage privé de l’application. Ces contenus ne sont envoyés ni à RevenueCat ni à un serveur de ScalpControl. Aucun service d’IA, publicité, Health Connect ou traceur publicitaire n’est intégré. Les polices sont incluses dans l’application.

Caméra, photos et notifications

La caméra n’est utilisée que lorsque vous déclenchez une prise de vue. L’import accède à la photo que vous sélectionnez, sans demander un accès général à toute votre bibliothèque. Les notifications locales sont facultatives et demandées lorsque vous activez un rappel. Vous pouvez refuser ou révoquer ces permissions dans les paramètres Android.

Exports et partage

Lorsque vous exportez ou partagez une sauvegarde JSON, un rapport PDF ou une photo, vous choisissez le fichier et son destinataire. Le contenu peut inclure des informations personnelles ou de santé et n’est pas chiffré par ScalpControl. Les fichiers temporaires de partage restent dans le cache local de l’application jusqu’à leur nettoyage ou à l’effacement du cache. Les copies enregistrées ou envoyées hors de l’application dépendent du service ou du destinataire que vous choisissez.

Conservation et suppression

Les données locales restent sur votre appareil jusqu’à leur suppression. Vous pouvez supprimer une photo, une routine ou une entrée du journal, ou utiliser Paramètres → Sauvegarde & Données → Effacer toutes les données. Désinstaller l’application supprime son stockage privé. Les sauvegardes et copies déjà exportées doivent être supprimées séparément. Les sauvegardes automatiques cloud et le transfert Android sont désactivés dans la configuration de cette version.

Verrouillage par PIN

Le PIN facultatif limite l’accès à l’interface et comporte un délai après plusieurs tentatives incorrectes. Il ne chiffre pas les photos, les notes ou les exports et ne remplace pas le verrouillage et la protection de votre appareil.

Si vous nous contactez par e-mail, votre adresse et le contenu de votre demande seront traités pour vous répondre au moyen du service de messagerie Gmail. Évitez d’envoyer des photos ou des informations de santé inutiles. Toute modification de cette politique sera accompagnée d’une nouvelle date de mise à jour.

Abonnements, Google Play et RevenueCat

Google Play traite les paiements. ScalpControl ne reçoit pas votre numéro de carte bancaire. RevenueCat vérifie les achats et l’accès Premium : identifiant anonyme d’installation, produits achetés, jetons et historique d’achat, dates et état de l’abonnement, ainsi que données techniques nécessaires du SDK et de l’appareil. Les connexions exposent l’adresse IP au service destinataire. Aucun nom, e-mail de profil, photo, note ou traitement saisi n’est transmis à RevenueCat par ScalpControl. Les diagnostics facultatifs et la collecte automatique d’identifiants publicitaires sont désactivés. Consultez aussi les politiques de Google et RevenueCat. Effacer les données locales ou désinstaller l’application n’annule pas votre abonnement et ne supprime pas l’historique d’achat détenu par Google Play ou RevenueCat. Annulez depuis Google Play. Pour une demande d’accès ou de suppression des données d’abonnement, contactez itaoagent@gmail.com ; certaines données peuvent devoir être conservées pour des obligations légales ou la prévention de la fraude.

Privacy policy

ScalpControl is published by itao agent. Contact: itaoagent@gmail.com. This policy covers personal tracking and Google Play Premium subscriptions.

Stored data

ScalpControl stores on your device the photos you take or select, their dates and angles, routines and completion records, observations and treatments entered in your journal, your selected visual stage and settings. Profile name and age are optional. No online account is required.

Use and storage

Photos, routines and notes are used for your tracking, reminders and exports and remain in private app storage. This content is not sent to RevenueCat or a ScalpControl server. No AI service, advertising, Health Connect or advertising tracker is integrated. Fonts are bundled in the app.

Camera, photos and notifications

The camera is used only when you start taking a photo. Imports access the image you choose without requesting general access to your entire library. Local notifications are optional; permission is requested when you enable a reminder. Permissions can be refused or revoked in Android settings.

Exports and sharing

When you export or share a JSON backup, PDF report or photo, you choose the file and recipient. Files may contain personal or health information and are not encrypted by ScalpControl. Temporary sharing files remain in the local app cache until cleanup or cache deletion. Copies saved or sent outside the app are governed by the service or recipient you choose.

Retention and deletion

Local data remains on your device until deleted. Delete individual photos, routines or journal entries, or use Settings → Backup & Storage → Clear all data. Uninstalling the app removes its private storage. Exported copies must be deleted separately. Automatic cloud backup and Android device transfer are disabled in this version’s configuration.

PIN lock

The optional PIN limits access to the interface and delays further attempts after repeated errors. It does not encrypt photos, notes or exports and does not replace device security.

Contact and changes

For privacy questions, contact itaoagent@gmail.com. If you email us, your address and message will be used to respond through Gmail. Avoid sending unnecessary photos or health information. Policy changes will be accompanied by a new revision date.

Subscriptions, Google Play and RevenueCat

Google Play processes payments. ScalpControl does not receive your card number. RevenueCat verifies purchases and Premium access using an anonymous installation identifier, purchased products, purchase tokens and history, subscription dates and status, and necessary SDK/device technical data. Connections expose the IP address to the receiving service. ScalpControl sends no profile name, email, photo, journal note or treatment entry to RevenueCat. Optional diagnostics and automatic advertising identifier collection are disabled. Also consult Google’s and RevenueCat’s privacy policies. Deleting local data or uninstalling does not cancel your subscription or delete purchase history held by Google Play or RevenueCat. Cancel through Google Play. For access or deletion requests concerning subscription data, contact itaoagent@gmail.com; some records may need retention for legal obligations or fraud prevention.

الاحتفاظ والحذف

تبقى البيانات محليًا حتى حذفها. احذف الصور أو الروتين أو الملاحظات منفردة، أو كل البيانات من الإعدادات، النسخ الاحتياطي والبيانات. إزالة التطبيق تحذف مساحته الخاصة. احذف النسخ المصدّرة بشكل منفصل. النسخ السحابي التلقائي ونقل Android معطلان في هذه النسخة.

قفل PIN

Datos guardados

Uso y almacenamiento

Las fotos, rutinas y notas se usan para el seguimiento, recordatorios y exportaciones y permanecen en el almacenamiento privado. No se envían a RevenueCat ni a un servidor de ScalpControl. Sin IA, anuncios, Health Connect ni rastreo publicitario. Fuentes incluidas.

Bloqueo PIN

Export und Teilen

Beim Export oder Teilen von JSON, PDF oder Fotos wählst du Datei und Empfänger. Dateien können persönliche oder Gesundheitsdaten enthalten und werden nicht verschlüsselt. Temporäre Dateien bleiben bis zur Bereinigung im lokalen Cache. Externe Kopien unterliegen dem gewählten Dienst oder Empfänger.

Aufbewahrung und Löschung

Daten bleiben bis zur Löschung erhalten. Lösche Fotos, Routinen oder Einträge einzeln oder alle Daten unter Einstellungen, Sicherung und Daten. Deinstallation entfernt den privaten Speicher. Exportierte Kopien separat löschen. Automatische Cloud-Sicherung und Android-Übertragung sind deaktiviert.

PIN-Sperre

Die optionale PIN begrenzt den Oberflächenzugriff und verzögert weitere Versuche nach Fehlern. Sie verschlüsselt keine Fotos, Notizen oder Exporte und ersetzt keine Gerätesicherheit.

Abonnements, Google Play und RevenueCat

Google Play verarbeitet Zahlungen; ScalpControl erhält keine Kartennummer. RevenueCat prüft Käufe und Premium mit einer anonymen Installationskennung, Produkten, Kauftokens und Kaufhistorie, Abonnementdaten und -status sowie erforderlichen SDK-/Gerätedaten. Verbindungen offenbaren dem Empfänger die IP-Adresse. Keine Profilnamen, E-Mails, Fotos, Notizen oder Behandlungseinträge werden an RevenueCat gesendet. I dati restano fino all’eliminazione. Cancella foto, routine o voci singole, oppure tutti i dati da Impostazioni, Backup e dati. La disinstallazione elimina lo spazio privato. Elimina le copie esportate separatamente. Backup automatico cloud e trasferimento Android disattivati.

Blocco PIN

Il PIN facoltativo limita l’accesso all’interfaccia e impone attesa dopo errori ripetuti. Non cifra foto, note o esportazioni e non sostituisce la sicurezza del dispositivo.
